We ask that you do the bubble test each time because it is the best way to check for leaks (very small tears may not be visible). Wear and tear is expected in inflatables, and may be caused by the way the Otteroo is stored or transported - or just extensive usage! As with any inflatable, please STOP using your Otteroo if you detect a leak and do not attempt to fix it yourself. In this case, please submit a warranty request.
