You may return your Otteroo within 30 days of your order date, no questions asked. All returns are subject to a $5 restocking fee. If using the free return label provided, the return must be mailed within 7 days of requesting the return. 

Please note: only customers who used "checkout +" receive a free return label. If you did not use "checkout +" you will be responsible for purchasing a shipping label when requesting your return at the link below.
