Tracking Shows My Package Has Been Delivered But I Don't See It!Updated a year ago

Based on our conversations with customers who have also experienced this, 80% of the time, the package shows up within 5 business days after tracking shows as "delivered". In the meantime, we suggest the following: 

1. Please check your mailbox! Our package is small, so unlike other packages it likely isn't at your doorstep. 
2. Please check with your neighbors - sometimes the postman makes a mistake! 
3. If you live in an apartment building, please check with your doorman. 
4. You can contact your local DHL office and give them the tracking number. We have seen many situations where the package remains in the delivery vehicle for days yet still shows as delivered.

If your package does not turn up within 5 business days after it says it was delivered, please let us know and we will take the appropriate next step.
